Can I use all features during the free trial?
Yes, you can use all features of the Pro plan without limitations during the 7-day free trial. No credit card registration is required.
How are charges calculated when adding accounts?
Each plan includes a set number of accounts. You can add extra accounts for $9/account/month. If you add or remove accounts mid-month, you'll be billed based on the maximum number of extra accounts used during that billing period.
When is a Custom plan necessary?
We recommend the Custom plan for large teams and enterprises that need tailored solutions with dedicated support.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits are refreshed on each billing cycle, and any unused credits from the previous month will expire. If you need more credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Standard and Pro plans, your service won't be interrupted when credits are depleted. Overage charges apply within the limit you set (Standard: $0.02/credit, Pro: $0.015/credit), and you're only billed for what you use at the end of the billing cycle. On the Starter plan, usage stops when credits run out — upgrade to Standard to unlock overage.
