Can I use all features during the free trial?
Yes, you can use all features of the Pro plan without limitations during the 7-day free trial. No credit card registration is required.
How are charges calculated when adding social accounts?
Each plan includes a set number of social accounts. You can add extra social accounts for $9/account/month. If you add or remove accounts mid-month, you'll be billed based on the maximum number of extra accounts used during that billing period.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits are refreshed on each billing cycle, and any unused credits from the previous month will expire. If you need more credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time.
What happens when I run out of credits?
All paid plans now support overage. When included credits run out, you can continue using Mirra within the limit you set — Starter: $0.10/credit, Standard: $0.06/credit, Pro: $0.05/credit, Agency: $0.04/credit. You are billed only for actual usage at the end of the billing cycle.
